The mission of the American Business Women's Association is to bring together women of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support, and national recognition.

ABWA
We are a business organization oriented around providing women with leadership qualities that they will use throughout their college careers and into the rest of their lives.
How to Join
New members are accepted throughout the year upon completing the application and paying local and national dues. All majors and classifications are welcome.
Membership
Currently, ABWA has 300 chapters nationwide in over 40 states, leading to over 15,000 members nationwide.
The Texas A&M Chapter currently has around 30 members and consistently welcomes new members into our family. We have been active on campus for over 11 years.
Dues
Total, dues are $80 per year, including $50 national dues and $30 local dues.
Dues can be paid by cash, check, or online through our Fly Wire platform. If you would like to discuss due flexibility, please contact our chapter advisor.

Meetings
We hold monthly meetings in the Wehner building on the first Monday of every month. Meeting content varies, but most commonly includes a professional development guest speaker and updates for upcoming events and information. Business casual is required for all meetings.
